I am in need of C-terminal sequencing on a 25Kd protein
electroluted onto PVDF and stained with C-blue.

Questions:
1. How many pMoles do I need on the membrane to sequence
approximately 4 residues?
2. To whom should I send the sample?
3. Can this be done using MALDI-TOF carboxypeptidase ladder
sequencing?
