Your Task
Team leader in the oligonucleotide synthesis department;
responsibility for DNA-synthesis, oligo analysis (PAGE, HPLC, MALDI-
TOF, ...), new oligo synthesis development, process improvement;
development and implementation of new synthesis techniques;
interdisciplinary collaboration with scientists in molecular biology
and biochemistry.
Manager of a group of 15 personnes.
Your Profile
MS/Ph.D. in chemistry/biochemistry;
Several years of experience in DNA synthesis or automated chemistry.
One year or more of supervisor experience (> 5 people).
Strong automation & computerization skills.
Excellent organization - communication & management skills required.
Experience with high trouhput DNA synthesis, MALDI-TOF and/or HPLC a
plus.
Communication skills in English and French or commitment to learn
French.
Other languages (Dutch, German) a plus.
