Hi Len,
We use ChromPerfect from Justice Innovations (415) 969-6122 for our
data collection on our Beckman 6300 amino acid analyzer. It is
capable of producing a very nice 2 channel report. We also use this
software on all of our protein sequencers. We recently designed a
feature called "Edman lines" which automatically produces horizontal
lines on both the printed output and on the screen showing the heights
of the amino acids of the previous chromatogram. This feature is
included in their software package.
