But don't put much faith in ABI's numbers; maybe good for 477's
but not for Procise as you can rarely use all of a bottle of reagent and
they recommend against mixing bottles. Also, if a bottle is low at
beginning of sequence analysis you cannot refill it during the analysis.
All of this leads to a FAR higher useage of reagents for the Procise than
their projections lead you to believe!
Anybody who has worked out a safe way around these problems with
Procise reagents, please let us hear from YOU!
