I have a Principal Investigator here at my company who asked me for some help
solving a problem. I suggested that I post the following to see if anyone
with ABRF could provide him some help.
Here's his post:
We are looking for a company (or core facility) with expertise in the
synthesis of RNA-peptide hybrid molecules, and who would be able to undertake
such synthesis on a contract basis. Specifically, we need to synthesize 3-5mer
RNA's with amino-terminal derivatized amino acid groups attached via an ester
linkage to the 3' position of the terminal base. The projected scale for the
contract synthesis may restrict the chemical route to a liquid phase approach.
