Hi,
I have experienced Asp-N digestion of a glycoprotein 16kDa and I
used the ratio of substrate/enzyme 1:200 (w/w) in 0.05M sodium phosphate
buffer pH 8.0 for 18h at 37C, occured only two cleavage at Glu and the
peptides were less prevalent than others starting with Asp.
