diskette for old 477

Dear all:
we continue using the old 5 1/4 drive to keep 477 sequences data files.
We want to change it for at least the modern 3 1/2, in order to get a little
bit more memory in each diskette and what it is a practical reason, that
there is no more 5 1/4 diskettes in the market. Do you know if there is any
imcompatibility
with the software ?.
