Michael,
A few years ago ACE Glass made me a nice set of vessels. Very
reasonably priced (<$150 each) . These vessels with two-way teflon
stopcocks allowed to use vacuum for fast dripping and filling. See
example in the famous "Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis" by J. Stewart and
J. Young. For the mixing I used a heavy-duty reciprocal shaker from the
Eberhard Co.
