We are interested in checking (by HPLC, ESMS or MALDI -TOF ES) the
stability of two cyclic antigenic peptides under conditions that
resemble as much as possible those to be found following in vivo
administration. For instance:
-stability in blood
-stability in serum
-stability to serum/blood proteases.
We have no expertise on these matters. Could any one lead us to good
references, protocols, etc?
