Digest - Q-G cleavage by LysC

I am trying to rationalize the excision of the tetrapeptide, GGNK, from the
sequence, -QGPPPQGGNKSQGPPP- during LysC digestion. Apparently only 1 of the
3 Q-G sequences in this region was cleaved with efficiency sufficient to beget
enough peptide to purify. Has anyone else observed Q-G cleavage with this
enzyme?
