A client requests a short peptide with a C-terminal methyl ester. The
peptide will be synthesized by standard Fmoc soli phase technique.
Is there a reliable protocol/method to esterify concurrently to cleavage
from the resin or is it preferrable to esterify the side chain protected
peptide in solution after resin cleavage?
