HELP! with Turbochrom

Hello all;
I am in the process of setting up Turbochrom Workstation to collect data
from three ABI instruments, one amino acid analyser and two protein
sequencers. It seems like a daunting task. I spent the whole day yesterday
reading hundreds of pages in enormous manuals and am only a bit closer to
liftoff. I am the only user and I just want to integrate peaks....it
shouldn't be this complicated! Does anyone out there have some pointers to
share or words of commiseration?
