First of all, what do you mean under "analysis method for nonionic
detergent"? If you after residual amount of detergent, or trying to
determine amount of the detergent bound to the protein, you can use
UV-absorbance (the detergent peak and the protein peak should not
overlap completely), or use radioactively labeled detergent. Both
techniques are trivial.
