Li Hong,

I have been using H/P's series 1100, with great success. One weak
component appears to be the temp. controlled auto-sampler, but H/P has
been diligent in pursuing the problem. I have been using the
semi-prep/analytical mode, but the system is supposedly capable of
microbore as well. The learning curve for the software is steep in that
there are many parameters to consider, but rather intuitive after you
become accustom to the idiosyncrasies.
