LC/MS Data conversion

I'm currently using a HP 1100 series LC/MSD for some peptide mapping studies
and I was wondering if anyone has heard of any conversion utilities that
will convert HP's LC/MS data files to other machines data formats. HP has
not finished their peptide tools software yet, so I need to use other
programs made for different file formats (Sherpa for example).
