Dear Sirs;

Your address has been passed to me from ABI analytical. I would like to
ask your opinions and general experiences with amino acid analyzers.
Which are the instruments of this kind available in the market?, Are
there any more reliable than others?, Is there one which can analyze
samples at the rate of 10 min/sample. What are the recommended systems
to hydrolyze and prepare samples?.

I am interested in running this determination in plant tissue samples.
Currently I use the old AminoQuant II from Hewlett Packard, this unit
has a rate of about 2 samples/ hour (hydrolysis time not included).

I would appreciate getting some answers and opinions on this subject.
