Which Procise? -Reply

Bryan,
We installed our new 2-cartridge Procise in January and already there have been times that I wished that we had the 4-cartridge unit. It is very convenient to load it up to run overnight and complete two short runs before morning. With the 4-cartridge machine you could also run into the weekend. Depending on your volume I would definitely recommend the 2-cartridge unit at a minimum. The 1-cartridge makes no sense to me. We have been ver pleased with the performance of this machine after finally giving up on our original 470A installed in 1983.

Hello folks,

we have a good chance of obtaining funds to replace one of

our 9-year old 477a's with a Procise. I don't think the cLc is in the

running because of having to go back to longer cycle times, but I would

welcome opinions as to the relative merits of a 1, 2 or 4-cartridge

model. Is it worth the extra money for the convenience of loading

several samples at once? or am I missing something?.

Regards from Scotland,

Bryan.
