Ken,

The company Midwest Analytical in St. Louis (1-800-481-0790) does the
manual sequencing of 32P peptides you are interested in. I'm not sure
what there rates are. However, they do have a web page
(mccourt@mastl.com) which should give all the details you need.

I am wondering if there is a laboratory that would like to occasionally
radio-sequence P32 labeled peptides from "outside" users in such a manner
that the radioactivity released from each cycle may be quantified. If so,
could you please send me your service charge rates, usual turn-around,
sample requirements, description of service, URL, etc.
