Re: Which Procise?

Two of the labs I have worked in had Procise sequencers. The first lab had
a 4 cartridge instrument (being a pharmaceutical company the cost
difference was a minor issue). Where I work now (an academic lab) we have
a 2 cartridge instrument - purchased prior to my arrival. Although over a
year we currently sequence less samples there are busy periods (especially
when analysing liquid samples from digests) where I miss the extra
capability (as others have mentioned there is the option of precycling
discs overnight and running multiple samples over a weekend).

I would therefore offer the advice of buying a 4 cartridge instrument if
you can afford it otherwise go for the 2 cartridge option.
