I suggest that you try MALDI first then electrospray ionization MS for the
MW determination of your protein. We offer both MALDI and ESI on a
service/fee basis at Texas A&M University as well as a collaborative basis.
Generally, those projects that produce alternative tangible results such as
publications and/or proposals are not assesed a fee. Otherwise there is a
fee associated with our services. A list of available MS techniques and our
