Good Day,
I have a couple of questions:
I am looking to separate hGH - humane growth hormone by HPLC. I am required to separate the 20 kilodalton from the 22 kD. Does anybody have any methods for me that produce baseline o baseline separation?
Do we require polymer columns? Inert tubing (PEEK)? etc....
Thanks in advance,
