NSF shared equipment deadline

Dear ABRF Friends,

There is an NSF shared instrumentation grant deadline coming up. The
message below contains the URL for obtaining full information. NSF is
slated for a big increase in its budget for FY1999, particularly in
instrumentation, so it is worth trying. =20
