Look at
http://www.abrf.org/ABRF/ResearchCommittees/dsrcreports/dsrc97.html and
you will see some examples of what different types of machines can do
on a difficult template and also some "excellent results". The DNA
Sequence Research Groups' 1998 study showing results using a pGEM
template should be posted to the web soon.
