Fluorescein labelled peptides

Hello all,

I'd like to know if it is possible to use the 5-(and-6)
carboxyfluorescein / HBTU-NMM couple to label the amino terminus of
synthetic peptides instead of the corresponding N-hydroxysuccinimide
ester derivative.
