I'm having a problem and I need an URGENT answer:
I need references that mentions and/or explains (or try to explain,
because i know that the presence of a Na and K peaks is still not
very clear) the peaks of MW+Na(23) and MW+K(39) that appears in some
MALDI-TOF spectra. And also references that explain the peptide
hydrolisis (or a loss of a molecule water) when you "bombard" the
peptide with the Maldi laser.
Any help will be greately appreciated.
