To date we have only received 70 responses--if only we could somehow tie
this whole thing to something like the Powerball Lottery and have the
number of responses we receive go way up. . .

Has your lab participated in the ABRF '98 Survey on Operations and
Technical Capabilities?
The deadline of May 29 (this coming Friday) for submission of this survey
is approaching. If this survey seems HUGE, please remember that not every
question will apply to your facility. On average, only 28% of the
questions needed to be answered. That's not too many.
Please consider filling out this survey as soon as you can. The survey is
available on the world wide web. Please look it up at
http://corefac.scripps.edu/abrf98surv.html
If you are having trouble downloading the PDF file, we will fax you the
survey. Just send an email to our third-party contact, Jose, at
