Is anyone aware of a good source for learning about these uronium-based
activating agents for peptide synthesis? I have heard some controversy
over the actual structure (guanidinium n-oxide vs uronium). I would like
to learn more about the reaction mechanism of activation and
condensation. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
