I am using the ombudsman early, because I know feelings run high on this
subject. Some of us love our name, some of us hate our name.

I think that our organization works as well as it does _because_ we draw
our membership from service oriented facilities and those who are willing
to be associated with them. I have never met a group of people who are as
congenial, hard-working, and willing to _serve_ the organization as our
group. I think that if people don't want to be associated with a group of
resource facilities, perhaps they don't belong in the ABRF. I do not want
to give up our pre-selection of great people to court people who probably
won't join the group anyway.

Furthermore, we have just registered our website under the ABRF name, we
are gaining name recognition for having a great meeting--why should we
change our name when it is associated with such positive things?

On the matter of the second by-laws change, if our current executive board
thinks we need more continuity and more hands, lets expand the executive
board.
