I will vote NO for the change of our name. I too am proud to be in a core
facility -- it was the best job move I ever made! I think we have enabled
people like myself to be proud of the work we do! And, I give the ABRF full
credit for turning opinions around about working in a core facility. I also
feel that every ABRF National Meeting enpowers us as a group. Because of
the hard work of our leaders, we are recognized for Shared Instrumentation
Grants, new methods development etc. We have a great thing going -- lets
not mess it up!
I will vote yes for the change in by-laws.
