ion-exchange cartridges

Hello eveybody.
I was wondering if anybody knew of an ion-exchange cartridge that has an
approx. volume of 2mL. I am looking to remove a (probable) TFA after HPLC,
and would like to avoid all HPLC based columns. I was hoping a small
cartridge exists that one fits onto the end of a syringe.
