I made my peptide (95% purity) and tried to conjugate BSA using Imject
Maleimide Activated SuperCarrier System (Pierce).

The sequence of peptide is CYQLMEVKAMKLFDAS and its C-terminus is amidated.
The peptide is soluble in water, but when I tried to solubilize conjugation
buffer (0.083M sodium phosphate, 0.9M Nacl, 0.1M EDTA, 0.02% Sodium Azide,
pH7.2, and proiprietary), it turned to be insoluble. My question is
1. how to recover insoluble peptide? Add DMSO or TFA and purify peptide by
gel filtration to remove all salts and organic solvents?
2. what buffer will be recommended? PBS (pH7.4)? The company recommended to
use water, neutral buffer or DMSO up to 30%.

Give me any suggestion and comments. Thanks.
