There is a currently available position in the Columbia University
Biopolymer Facility. The description is as follows:
Responsibilities include operation of automated DNA sequencing
equipment, preparation of samples for this procedure from investigators,
operation of automated DNA synthesis equipment and analytical protein
chemical techniques within a group setting. Requires Bachelors or
Masters degree in chemistry or related science and knowledge and
experience with automated DNA sequencing techniques. Successful
applicant must be able to work as part of a team of analytical
