I have encountered a problem of estimating the size of a protein complex
in superose 6 HR10/30 column. This complex runs between blue dextran and
thymoglobulin. The size of blue dextran in this column is said to be 5megadaltonin one PHarmacia catalogue, but 40 megadalton in more recent Pharmacia catalogue. I am confused about the number and have sent e-mail to local, regional and
Sweden headquarter for this question over the past three months. There is no
answer from the company. I have heard from my colleague that people under this
e-mail address have great knowledge of this sort and are willing to help.
Therefore I am seeking your help. Would you please give me some advices on this
!! I would be very grateful.
