We are considering upgrading our amino acid analysis service and would like
recommendations on available instruments. We are currently running a
Beckman 6300/7300 analyzer but would like to increase sensitivity to the
low picomole level. (We are also concerned about the long term support of
this instrument from Beckman). Although we prefer an ion exchange
separation/post column detection methodology as it affords the greatest
possible latitude in sample loading conditions, we would appreciate
recommendations on any high sensitivity/robust AAA technology in use. We
are not up to date on the available instrumentation so any recommendations
or suggestions would be helpful.
