DNA seq: ABI 310 capillaries. Alternatives.

Dear all,
We have recently purchased a ABI Prism 310 DNA Sequencer in addition to our
377. The price at PE for one 40 cm glass capillary equivalates around 80
dollars. There are several suppliers of cappillaries in a number of
variants. Thus, it seems that it should be possible to buy the same type of
capillaries at an alternative company at a more attractive price.

However, we have not been able to abtain the PE specifications for the 310
apart from the internal diameter of 50 micrometer. Does anyone know of
the other specifications for the capillaries, like coating. And where
to get them?
