1. The program will not close correctly; in order to terminate it one must
use the " close program" dialog box.
2. The instrument hangs up, causing a system crash when manual control is
used.
3. Also, the computer says that there are 3 copies of the program software
installed. Uninstalling and reinstalling the software produces the same
condition.
I have contacted the company and although they were helpful, they were
unable to provide a definitive solution. Does anyone have any suggestions
or solutions?
In addition, has anyone out there ever installed one of the piezoelectric
pipets on one of these instruments [probot]? We are considering doing
this, in order to reduce the sample volume we can deliver to the MALDI
slide.
