I want to synthesise the following peptide : DYKDDDDK and I want to get
it as pure as possible ON a resin with good swelling properties (ex.
NovaSynTG). What I would like to do is to synthesise it by SPPS, cleave
it, purify it and then attach it on my resin with a "spacer" (or
something like that).
Does anyone know which kind of "spacer" and what protocol I have to use
for the attachment of this peptide ?

Laurent.
