Denaturing PCR product

Before loading PCR product on the ABI 373/377, we have been using a
thermocycler to denature the product in a 96-well tray. Does anyone
have a solution for trays which does not involve tying up a
thermocycler? Is there an aluminum heat block for example which holds
trays and which could be kept at temperature all the time?
