I use an ABI373 and I intend to try Sequitherm with dye terminators for the
first time. I wondered if anyone has any experience of this enzyme. The
manufacturers state that it requires more dye terminators, but do not
specify how much. I'd be grateful for any hints or tips and will let you
know what results I get.
