DNASEQ:377 curved lanes on the side?

We are running a 377 with the long plates. Everyday the first 4 and last 4
odd lanes start out curved and then straighten out. The evens don't. This
causes a mixed signal for about 30 bases.

We have tried a lot of things and nothing has worked. I have two questions.

1. Does anyone else see this or am I "special"?
2. How do I solve it?
