Peptide Synthesis

Hi,
I have encounter problems with the synthesis of the following peptide:
Biotin-(AminoCaproic)2-N-I-S-L-D-N-P-L-E-N-P-S-S-L-F-D-L-V-A-R-I-K-amide.
The above peptide was synthesized with Fmoc chemistry (ABI- SYNERGY 432).
Conductivity tracing seems to be almost OK, the wash after both P-N- is a
bit to high but
I had worse and peptides were good.
After clevage and deprotection using MALDI TOF we detected in the crude
product
masses 1345 and 1799, coresponding to sequences terminated at proline
residues, or
cleaved at both P-N bonds. The expected mass 2907 is not there. Howerer,
AAanalysis of the crude agrees with the expected composition minus one
Amino Caproic
Acid. I will appreciate any advice or suggestion ,
