Dear all:
I would greatly appreciate information on a company or laboratory that can
provide the following enzyme purification service without splitting into
more than four runs.

The following describes our wishes:

1. To juice about 1000 Kg of celery stalks at 4 C and neutralize with 60L
of buffer containing PMSF.
2. To perform a 25-80 % ammonium sulfate fractionation step at 4 C.
3. To dialyze the 80% ammonium sulfate pellet against a low salt buffer and
return the frozen solution to us.
