I have recently begun using the abi377xl for sscp analysis. Any tips on
sample prep or the right concentration of pcr product would be greatly
appreciated. I have tried 1:4 & 1:2 dilutions with lackluster results so
far. Also when using a different run module say the 2X for DNA sequencing do
you have create a specfic matrix for those conditions? Or can you use the
matrix you created for the regular 1200scan module
