1. I would like to label a peptide with fluoroscein via the N terminal amino
group (on resin, Tboc chemistry)) and hoped to use fluorescamine (Fluka).
Does anyone have a protocol for this?
2. Has anyone used the coupling reagent PPA (propane phosphonic acid
anhydride) and if so do they have a protocol for Tboc chemistry? I believe
that racemisation is very low with this reagent and hoped to use this for
coupling small peptides together.
