Internet customer request processing

If you are interested I am developing some web pages using FileMaker Pro4
database for customers to process their DNA sequencing requests and collect
their sequence (text file). If you want to try it you can search the
database using password testb. I just put it up this week so it has not
been really tested yet. I would be interested in any suggestions for
possible improvements from a facility's perspective. Hope you find it
useful
