Robert,
No, it seems as if there is either something going on in your template =
prep or your cycle sequencing. Please supply me with a little more =
information. Are you using terminators or dye chemistry? Did you run new =
matrices with your pcr products? What vector and primers are you using? =
PCR products normally sequence as well if not better than plasmids.
