We have used a column cooler/heater manufactured by Cera, Inc. (called
column cooler 250) with excellent success for sub-ambient runs.

It has an operating range from 5 to 55C and consists of a small digital
temperature control module attached to a column enclosure suitable for
analytical columns that uses forced air flow across a heat sink.

I purchased ours from:

Subject: To cool HPLC column.

Greetings,
I need an advice for purchasing a cooling device another than a column
water
jacket that can be used to cool an analytical column below the ambient
temperature.
Thanks,
