Dear Terry,

In my opinion if you just need to carry out protein/peptide/DNA sequence
analysis (almost any kind of it) you should simply submitt your sequence to
the appropriate website (free of any charge) and need not to buy any
analysis program.

Of course, my proposal is not valid in case your work is subject to certain
security restrictions or you need a 'ready-to-paste-into-paper quality'
representation of the analysis results.

Note, that sequence analysis programs offered at these websites very often
employ most recent and progressive algorithms which may not be commercially
available at the moment. You will also face no Mac/PC compatibility
problems.

Of no doubt, one of the www indexes listed below points also to
antigenicity analysis servers about which Bob Lee inquired yesterday.
