Hi Tim,

Have these alternative columns been useful for optimizing On-line LC/MS
analyses of proteins as well as peptide maps? I have been trying various
alternative mobile phases and separation modes to improve separation and MW
determination of intact proteins, but above 40-50kDA, the results are
mixed. Any tricks to it?
