We are able to dry 96-well microtiter plates in our SpeedVac with a
special head. It works well and we just hooked the SpeedVac up to a
port of our lyophilizer to use it for vacuum and refrigerated trap.

Hi Dr. Chu,

We use Millipore's Multiscreen 96-well setup and Pharmacia's
Superfine
Sephadex G50 resin. The results are very clean if the sample is
added
carefully --very close to that of CentriSep (no statistics yet).

I am awaiting an apparatus that allows drying of microtiter
plates. Right
now we have to dry in individual tubes.
